We’re looking for passionate, talented engineers ready to help us redefine what’s possible in sustainable aviation. All roles are remote with flexibility to work from Bristol or Swansea hubs.
🔧 Computer-Aided Design (CAD) Engineer
Take early-stage concepts through to prototype-ready 2D drawings and 3D models. Work with rotor/stator assemblies, cryogenic housings, and advanced manufacturing-ready designs.

⚡ Electromagnetic Systems Design Engineer
Own the design and simulation of high-performance electric motors for aerospace applications. Ideal candidates bring experience with Motor-CAD, ANSYS Maxwell, and knowledge of superconducting systems.

❄️ Thermal Systems Simulation & Design Engineer
Help us tackle one of aerospace’s toughest challenges: cooling. You’ll design and simulate cryogenic thermal systems that keep superconducting motors operating safely at ultra-low temperatures.
